If your job requires dealing with different people, it can be very frustrating if you can't even deliver perfect English. Good communication requires good English and it helps a lot in building your brand and credibility. In this video, Mr. Badger explains why most English learners are not confident in speaking English, he says " It's because of how they learn English" Mr. Badger added that they learn English in a traditional way through their native language and grammar rules have been introduced thru textbooks and mostly are appropriate for writing.

In another video uploaded by EnglishAnyone, learning English can be compared to learning to ride a bike, Drew says that "no one learns how to ride a bike by studying, but by doing it" and so as to learning English, it is more effective to do it than learning how to do it. This video shares so much ideas which will help you practice your English conversational skills.
