No Parent is Perfect

No parent is perfect
Good Friday morning mommies! Today is the last day of our busy week, tomorrow is gonna be a time-out for us, so it's time to have a break! Make sure to spend you two-day vacation with your kids. You can start your day by going to the park or have a family jogging or simply watch sunrise with the kids to start your day. Being with our kids is the most precious moments that we could have as parents, a memory to treasure when we get old.
As a mom, do you ever had guilt feelings sometimes? It's a feeling when you know you do wrong when you think you're over protective or you're to loose on your kids? There are times that we don't give something they really want for our own special reasons. I sometimes feel this way, but Billy Graham once said this very inspirational quote: "No parent is perfect; we all can look back and think of things we could've done to help our children be better prepared for adulthood. And sometimes it's best to admit it to them and encourage them to learn from our mistakes." It's true that sometimes we're over protective, but sometimes we tend to be too indulgent to our children. As a mom, I could say that I am not consistent all the time. Sometimes love could be so dominant that the thought of giving them virtue is being neglected, and I feel so sorry for that:(

Like what Billy Graham said, no parent is perfect but we should always be open for acceptance of our mistakes and imperfections. I may sound obsolescent but still these words are the most powerful phrase on Earth that we should always remember: Nobody's PERFECT! When sometimes get rough between you and your kids, it's always good to have a minute break, take a deep breath, analyze, then speak with compassion. Kids are kids, sometimes we have to be in their shoes to see what they really feel. So I think we parents should try to be a kid once again, once in a while so we could understand them more. Happy weekend everyone!!!
